• Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets; • Manage key stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification; • Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit; • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles; • Collaborate closely with the HHHUB team on active search projects and hiring strategies; • Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends; • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech , payments, or financial services • Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach • Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) • Proficiency in the local market language or Russian considered an advantage • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines effectively • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
