📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing to successful placement; • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment market insights; • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels; • Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit; • Present shortlisted candidates with structured recommendations and interview feedback; • Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates; • Build and maintain talent pipelines across the iGaming and Betting market; • Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity; • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience within the iGaming and/or Betting industry • Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capabilities • An established professional network within the iGaming market is highly desirable • Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment projects • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
