• Define the strategy for a major product domain • Identify the highest-leverage bets for Headway • Ship meaningful products with measurable outcomes • Build foundations that last for future product work • Elevate PM craft within the team • Drive alignment across multiple disciplines without formal authority
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience • Experience in owning large, complex product domains end-to-end • Ability to shape strategy at the org level • Experience in building 0→1 and scaling products • Deep technical knowledge for architectural conversations • Experience at the executive level for strategy presentation • Ability to mentor and elevate PMs around you • Adaptability to thrive in ambiguity • Understanding of AI-powered features
