• Support planning and implementation of state-level technical assistance projects. • Provide 1:1 and cohort technical assistance in the field to state health and correctional agencies on Medicaid policy and/or correctional health systems. • Help state health and correctional agencies implement Medicaid 1115 reentry demonstration waivers by analyzing key policies. • Develop guidance, toolkits, and other implementation resources for state health and correctional agencies. • Support communication and relationship-building with state health and correctional agencies. • Track and report on state progress, providing actionable insights for program improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, criminal justice, behavioral health or reentry health programs. • 2+ years experience in providing technical assistance to states or agencies • Interest or experience in both Medicaid and correctional systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. • Passion for improving health outcomes for people returning from incarceration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Collaborative, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach.
• $80,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience and may be adjusted based on the candidate's location. • HARP offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
