HEALTH FOCUS GmbH is an independent German consulting firm active in the field of health promotion and social development. Working closely with an international multidisciplinary team of specialists, Health Focus offers services in project management, consulting, and human resource development worldwide. Project management: Assistance in project planning and implementation, intermittent technical support, monitoring, and evaluation. Consulting services: Feasibility studies, needs assessments, project design and strategic planning, organisational development, programme and project evaluation as well as project accompanying research. Human resources development: Design and implementation of training programmes including e-based approaches. Health Focus’ priority is to promote the integration of the various interests of the actors concerned and to facilitate a problem-based, objective-oriented, multi-sectoral development process. The identification of key-players, the facilitation of communication and exchange, and the initiation of change processes form the basis of the working approach.
