• Define and champion the organization’s technology vision and multi-year IT strategic plan in alignment with overall business strategy. • Develop roadmaps for key capabilities (e.g., digital platforms, EDI/data management, infrastructure upgrades) and ensure IT initiatives deliver measurable business value. • Establish and maintain IT governance processes (e.g., architecture review, change control, portfolio management) for effective decision-making and risk management. • Act as a business partner to the COO, CEO, and other C-level leaders, translating business goals into IT priorities and ensuring technology initiatives are integrated into enterprise planning. • Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives, such as modernizing legacy systems, migrating to cloud-based solutions, and implementing advanced analytics and AI to enhance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in information technology, including at least 5–7 years in a senior IT executive role (CIO, CTO, or similar) for a mid-to-large enterprise. • Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations and managing diverse technology functions (software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.). • Experience in healthcare, specifically working with a health plan is required due to the need for compliance and secure handling of sensitive data.
