• Your primary accountability is to recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant and responsive affiliate behavioral health network aligned with operational demand. • Maintain a pipeline of qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals. • Proactively identify regional coverage gaps and escalate needs appropriately. • Ensure screening activities are documented accurately and timely. • Verify contractor licenses and certifications through appropriate state databases. • Confirm affiliates are in good standing prior to service delivery. • Ensure required documentation is complete before onboarding.
• Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service (healthcare industry preferred) • Confidence conducting structured phone interviews • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
