📋 Description

• Account Managers support multiple accounts and lead on key company and client initiatives. • They must manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver accountable results. • The role requires strong client management experience and a deep understanding of the PR, strategic communications, and healthcare/biotech/medtech landscapes. • They must develop and maintain deep knowledge of clients and the industry, provide strategic counsel, develop media strategy, and oversee team efforts. • The position involves client discussions, strategic recommendations, project outcomes reporting, and billing management. • Requires coaching and mentoring staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years (AM) to 7 years (SAM) healthcare agency experience or mix of agency and in-house pharma/biotech/medtech experience • B.A. or B.S degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail • Proficient at media materials development, excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collegial work environment
