📋 Description

• Conduct detailed reviews of invoices, copayment allocations, premiums, and employee movements, identifying and resolving discrepancies • Organize payment processes and manage the issuance and tracking of payment slips and invoices • Configure billing rules for each client and participate in alignment meetings and the implementation of new accounts • Prepare and present management reports and monitor the department’s KPIs • Liaise with clients’ executive teams, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, providing analytical data to support decision-making and negotiations • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous process improvements • Help ensure the financial balance of HealthBit clients through the control, review, and reporting of health, dental, and life insurance benefits billing • Configure rules, analyze processes, and provide strategic support in relationships with clients and healthcare providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Solid prior experience (2 to 4 years) in employee benefits (health, dental, and life) or insurance brokerage • Experience analyzing employee movements, reviewing billing, allocating costs, and calculating copayments • Advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of members and data • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with executive-level stakeholders and external partners • Resilience and a problem-solving mindset
