📋 Description

• Enable clients’ beneficiaries to use their plans properly and without delay • Process the enrollment, modification, and removal of users from plans • Advise beneficiaries on how to use contracted services and benefits • Ensure compliance between clients and insurance providers • Process enrollment data changes and reconcile records for insurable and non-insurable benefits • Analyze databases to ensure information is up to date and accurate • Assist beneficiaries in locating participating clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies • Identify, record, and escalate issues related to benefit usage • Monitor and follow up on operational failures or access restrictions, proposing solutions with insurance providers • Support compliance processes • Process corporate benefits billing • Prepare reports and presentations for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (in progress or completed) • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, creating and analyzing pivot tables, and handling and importing TXT/CSV files • Previous experience at an insurance brokerage, benefits consultancy, or a company’s benefits department • Experience with benefits administration and beneficiary support routines • Knowledge of customer service management tools and benefits systems is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
