📋 Description

• Provide holistic clinical and personal care to elderly clients in their homes • Deliver care tailored to each client's unique needs • Develop individualized care plans using clinical judgment • Provide wound care • Support clients with medical equipment, including catheters and continence aids • Offer social and emotional support • Travel between clients across South West Sydney • Ensure clients' care needs are met with compassion and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care ideally • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Registered Nurse Qualification with current AHPRA registration • First Aid (HLTAID011) completed and valid • Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010) completed and valid • Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) completed and valid • Up-to-date COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccine, or willingness to obtain • Current driver’s license • Access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance • Willingness to travel between appointments • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one • Commitment to supporting older Australians to live independently at home
