📋 Description

• Conduct venous blood draws as part of workplace health screenings • Provide friendly care and support to participants throughout the screening process • Clearly explain the measurements performed and health values recorded, within the scope of professional practice • Support additional check-up stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, and pulmonary function tests • Ensure a hygienic, professional, and well-organized on-site process • Prepare and follow up the work area and required materials • Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events • Document relevant work steps in accordance with internal quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently residing in Germany • Nursing qualification or professional license recognized in Germany • Completed training or degree in nursing recognized in the relevant country of assignment, such as Registered Nurse, adult/general nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, or comparable qualification • Alternatively, a recognized qualification as a naturopath or healthcare professional, provided that the individual is legally authorized to perform venous blood draws in the relevant country of assignment • Practical experience in safely performing venous blood draws • Very friendly, approachable, and professional manner • Enjoyment of direct interaction with people from diverse backgrounds • Independent, reliable, and meticulous approach to work • Strong commitment to hygiene, quality, and data privacy • Willingness to travel and work on one-day or multi-day assignments at client sites • Category B driver’s license is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement • Good command of the local language • Good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage • Experience in health screenings, prevention, occupational medicine, or workplace health events is an advantage • Visa, relocation, and professional recognition support are not provided
