📋 Description

• Own end-to-end PDLC governance for Delivery-originated requests across all phases. • Own the review of incoming delivery requests in partnership with the Product Operations team. • Lead end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams. • Quantitatively validate the value delivered by new functionality after release.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience in investment banking, structured finance, or a comparably rigorous analytical professional services environment. • Demonstrated ability to define and track both input and output metrics. • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and operational audiences. • Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
