• Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and management of information technology assets which support the company’s operations. • Manage enterprise-wide projects and oversee the work of technical staff engaged in system design, development, and maintenance activities in order to provide project oversight, support, and coordination. • Responsible for the daily management and monitoring of the computing environment, ensuring 24x7 high availability, reliability, and capacity. • Lead team in the implementation of enterprise-class system, hybrid-cloud, databases, physical and virtual server infrastructure, and monitoring tools. • Manage IT Services staff, providing direction, coaching and professional development. • Review detailed design specifications for highly complex and large-scale systems in order to plan and facilitate the infrastructure platforms required. • Create and maintain action plans to meet uptime/redundancy requirements for core systems/offices. • Maintain DR site failover readiness. • Prepare and present system performance, SLA and KPI reports. • Interface with vendors for the procurement of new technologies. • Ensure the appropriate level of after-hours maintenance and on-call support. • Ensure effective diagnoses and isolation of complex system problems; formulation and implementation of effective solutions to resolve system problems and prevent recurrence.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 4 years of IT Services experience. • Minimum of one year of technical leadership and/or departmental management experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management. • Experience in data center and hybrid-cloud operations, system monitoring and security management. • Expertise in operations metrics, monitoring and management. • Expertise in executing procedures, quality assurance and general work flow processes. • Proven leadership abilities and exceptional interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. • Experience supporting Application Development teams in an Agile environment. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Ability to achieve positive and successful results in a fast paced changing environment.
