• Lead discovery calls and information-gathering efforts for client assessments • Analyze organizational, operational, and nursing excellence data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement priorities • Collaborate with internal clinical and performance excellence leaders to develop actionable Plans for Excellence • Present findings and recommendations to executive healthcare leaders • Acts as a prime resource to foresee problems and offers solutions before issues arise • Support clients in creating cultures that drive high performance and exceptional outcomes • Participate in comprehensive assessments, reporting, planning summits, and ongoing client engagement activities • Contribute thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and professional content development
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Master's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business, or a related field • Minimum seven years of progressive leadership experience • Minimum ten years of acute care clinical or operational healthcare experience • Direct experience serving as a Program Director, facilitator, or champion for an ANCC Journey to Excellence Program, preferably Magnet® designation • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • LEAN Six Sigma certification or similar performance improvement methodology experience preferred
