📋 Description

• Independently develop custom Odoo modules and adapt the system to company requirements • Design and implement APIs and interfaces to connect external tools to the Odoo ecosystem • Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and digitize/automate processes in Odoo • Provide technical support for the expansion from cosmetics to food supplement production and model new production processes in Odoo • Collaborate with Customer Support, Quality Management (QM), Product Development, Production, and Logistics to implement their processes in the system • Support the development of scalable IT and process structures • Test developments, ensure clean code, and document changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and HTML • Experience with PostgreSQL • Experience with the Odoo framework • Ideally: experience with Odoo modules for Inventory/Logistics and Helpdesk/CRM • Deep experience in Inventory/Logistics (Inventory) • Deep experience in Accounting/Invoicing • Ideally: experience with Manufacturing • Good understanding of business processes • Willingness and ability to communicate with business departments and to understand their processes
