📋 Description

• Contract monitoring consulting, with a focus on preventing disputes; • Preparation and defense of contractual claims; • Negotiations; • Expert examinations in arbitrations and civil courts; • Contract management consulting;

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of construction planning, cost estimating and quantity surveying; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Experience in project management; • Preparation of technical opinions and reports with excellent writing skills; • Consultative mindset; • Advanced English; • Experience in preparing and defending claims; • Preferred: experience with expert examinations (forensic/expert witness work);
