📋 Description

• Actively acquire new B2B clients on the Hungarian market through cold calls, lead handling, and meeting booking. • Run sales meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals. • Work with outbound and inbound marketing leads, including follow-up and conversion. • Partner with the client success team on smooth onboarding of new clients. • Build strategy and use AI across the daily sales process, including sales pitches, research, follow-ups, and automation. • Partner with marketing on custom sales materials and campaigns. • Join Bianka and the Hungarian B2B team and help grow Hedepy’s client portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of active B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record, ideally in SaaS, a startup, or scaleup • Excellent spoken communication on the phone and video calls; ability to engage people and present credibly to HR managers and C-level stakeholders • Active daily use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar for research, pitch preparation, follow-ups, and personal efficiency • Native Hungarian • English at least B1+ • Willingness to work on a contractor basis, self-employed or via B2B contract • Experience selling into HR departments is nice to have • Previous experience in an international startup or scaleup is nice to have • Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM is nice to have • Experience selling in a regulated or sensitive industry such as healthcare, wellbeing, or benefits is nice to have
