📋 Description
• Own therapist recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing and screening licensed psychotherapists, conducting interviews, and guiding new therapists through the onboarding bootcamp • Build and retain the therapist community through newsletters, WhatsApp/Facebook groups, supervision and intervision sessions, occasional events, and monitoring therapist satisfaction through NPS • Manage performance, administration, and data using Airtable CRM, tracking trial periods and key metrics, identifying trends, and producing simple reports to improve decisions • Take ownership of the Lithuanian therapist lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention • Report to Mada, the Community team lead, as part of Hedepy’s international Community team
🎯 Requirements
• Native/fluent Lithuanian • English at B2+ level • Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, community management, or a client-facing role, including internship, part-time, or full-time experience • Comfortable with spreadsheets and a CRM/ATS such as Airtable • Able to take ownership and work without close supervision • Active daily use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, or similar • Background in healthcare, wellness, or psychology-adjacent work is nice to have • Experience in a fast-growing startup or across multiple markets is nice to have • Familiarity with Linear, Airtable, or Metabase is nice to have • Part-time availability of approximately 20 hours per week • Freelance / B2B collaboration
