📋 Description

• Find relevant voices in the Greek mental health space and manage influencer collaborations end to end • Keep social media content strong and consistent • Localise acquisition marketing for Greece, including ad assets, landing page copy, mailings, and SEO headlines • Read performance dashboards and analyse campaign effectiveness • Develop a long-term marketing perspective focused on share of search, CPA, and brand growth • Report directly to the Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI markets • Collaborate as part of an international marketing team of 15 people

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Greek (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills • English at B2 level • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination • Ability to read performance dashboards and work with CTR, CPA, and conversion rate metrics • Track record of independently leading a project from idea to launch • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar • Basic SEO knowledge • Deeper data literacy around performance channels • Basic skills with Canva, Figma, or CapCut for minor visual edits • Experience in a sensitive or regulated field such as healthcare, mental health, or fintech
