• Position: General Virtual Assistant (Executive Assistant Focus) • Working Hours: US Business Hours • Hiring Company: We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents as well as customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). • About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Executive Assistance. • In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support while managing various operational and project-based tasks. • Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistance (50%) - Manage calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly) and schedule meetings, Handle email management and correspondence, Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries, Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • General Operations Assistance (50%) - Assist with data entry, research, and document preparation, Manage and update project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.), Handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks, Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, Provide customer support via email, chat, or social media (as needed).

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on Executive Assistance • Strong proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.) • Experience managing project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience handling basic graphic design tasks (Canva, Adobe Express) • Social media management experience
