📋 Description

• Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts • Ensure proper and timely follow-up and/or investigation of open items to avoid aging • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve open or aged Accounts Payable items • Ensure proper documentation is prepared for Accounts Payable accounts • Identify and present continuous process improvement solutions, including root cause analysis and recommendations • Run and analyze Accounts Payable-related metrics • Support accurate, timely, and reliable Accounts Payable processes, including system administration, reconciliations, and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance/accounting • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), including system administration, reconciliations, and audits • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ACA/CMA) • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian • Experience working in an international environment • Experience working in the SSC/BSC • Ability to solve problems and propose improvements • Ability to work as part of a team • Disciplined and well-organized, able to meet deadlines • Readiness to work in a dynamically developing organization
