📋 Description

• Lead a complex IT migration project from the IT perspective, ensuring successful delivery and alignment across business and technical teams. • Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders, including local and global teams, to drive project objectives and milestones. • Manage project governance, including status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive updates. • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions. • Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, supporting solution implementation and delivery. • Monitor project progress using project management tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective backlog tracking. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to minimize impact on delivery timelines. • Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project execution and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional IT and business projects, ideally involving system implementations, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, local, and global teams. • Solid knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. • Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools for backlog management, progress tracking, and issue resolution. • Strong project governance and reporting skills, including risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and executive reporting. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading project meetings and workshops. • Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align multiple stakeholders toward common goals. • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments. • Commercial mindset combined with technical understanding to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables. • Nice to have • Experience with CRM platforms, commercial systems, customer or partner management solutions, or sales/distributor engagement tools. • Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with global delivery teams.
