📋 Description

• Support process diagnosis, design, and transformation initiatives across global business functions • Conduct stakeholder interviews across diverse business areas, including senior and executive-level stakeholders • Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and co-create future-state solutions • Assess current-state processes, governance, and operating models • Design future-state processes and organizational structures enabling digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption • Identify improvement opportunities and define actionable transformation recommendations • Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive-ready deliverables • Translate complex, ambiguous information into clear, structured outputs and actionable plans • Work closely with another consultant as a delivery pair on each engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading process diagnosis, discovery, and future-state design engagements • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business environments and synthesize complex information • Demonstrated capability to design process, governance, and organizational improvements supporting digital transformation and technology adoption • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred • Certifications in BPM, Design Thinking, Change Management, Agile, or Process Mining are an advantage • Experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, BPM, or transformation roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by structured methodologies and data-driven decision-making • Experience working in large, complex global organizations; exposure to Shared Services/GBS is a significant plus • Ability to create executive-ready presentations, business cases, and impactful communications
