📋 Description

• Own product design end to end, from problem framing and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI • Design clear, intuitive interfaces for complex, information-dense workflows involving documents, review, and analysis • Partner closely with front-end engineers to ship pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible UI • Talk to users to understand their real workflows and validate designs • Build and maintain a design system and component library as the product grows • Shape the brand and visual language where needed • Work directly with the founders and engineering team to turn a fast-moving roadmap into clean, intuitive, trustworthy experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience shipping real software, ideally web applications • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work: flows, interaction design, and polished, professional UI • Fluency in Figma, with comfort prototyping and working from (or building) a design system • Ability to design for complexity, turning dense, expert workflows into something clear and calm • Self-direction and clear communication on a small, distributed team • Fluent with AI tools and active use of them to improve workflow and move faster • Nice to have: Experience designing for expert or professional users (legal, medical, finance, or enterprise) • Nice to have: Comfort with HTML/CSS, or a habit of working closely alongside engineers in code • Nice to have: Brand or visual-identity work beyond product UI • Nice to have: Interest in AI / LLM products and designing for trust
