📋 Description

• You optimize and further develop existing insurance products and integrate the planning into a company-wide roadmap • You create internal and external coverage summaries and product comparisons • You manage diversification of the product and risk carrier portfolio • You support tender processes and negotiate product setups with risk carriers • You ensure the development, creation and maintenance of documents for a company-wide structured filing system • You serve as the primary subject matter contact for internal product and support inquiries and conduct internal product trainings • You participate in negotiation and integration meetings with partners and service providers to support the B2B Sales team in distributing our insurance products • You act as the main point of contact for your assigned risk carrier partnerships to ensure smooth communication • You contribute insurance expertise to various sub-projects and large-scale projects at hepster

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or hold a degree in business administration or insurance management • You bring several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (in product development for property and casualty insurance, e.g. leasing, bicycle, electronics or pet insurance) • You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills • You are a team player with a structured and proactive working style • You are motivated to continuously develop and acquire new expert knowledge • You have very good German and English language skills
