📋 Description
• Own organic growth end-to-end: thought leadership, social channels, newsletter, and video. • Lead all Hercules' organic content across various channels: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, Blog. • Manage contractors including hiring/editing writers, creating briefs, and ensuring high quality output by meeting deadlines. • Direct video production for launch videos and customer testimonials. • Repurpose assets into various formats while ensuring quality control.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record growing organic social for a product (ideally developer tools, SaaS, or prosumer) • Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing) • Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance) • Ability to build and manage a content production system (briefs, QA, workflows, vendor management) • Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next) • Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
