📋 Description

• Develop and produce social-first content for the company’s channels, from the initial idea through publication • Create Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts both in front of and behind the camera • Publish content quickly, to a high standard, and in a platform-appropriate format • Regularly visit customers, construction sites, and other real-world locations • Bring authentic stories from the skilled trades to life • Develop new, distinctive content formats with strong brand recognition • Proactively contribute your own ideas to the team • Consistently conceptualize video content with a social-first approach and drive organic performance • Build a strong network of tradespeople, creators, and relevant contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media, storytelling, and viral mechanics • Confident presence both in front of and behind the camera • Experience with video editing and mobile camera equipment • Ability to quickly build trust with others and identify authentic, relevant stories • Hands-on, self-directed working style with a strong eye for quality, speed, and platform fit • Ideally, experience producing content that has built reach and engaged audiences • Business-fluent German (at least C1) • English proficiency (at least B2)
