📋 Description

‱ Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy to accelerate growth. ‱ Act as the central point of contact for the Nutra portfolio between global marketing and regional commercial teams. ‱ Collaborate with global product management to support successful product introductions and regional execution. ‱ Build strong partnerships with distributors to ensure consistent messaging and effective joint campaigns. ‱ Analyze market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation. ‱ Foster co-innovation with customers via workshops and collaborative projects to create tailored solutions. ‱ Support regional content adaptation and coordinate selected customer-facing events.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Master marketing / business nutrition, biology (or equivalent) ‱ Proven experience in B2B marketing within nutrition, health, or related industries. ‱ Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. ‱ Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with customers and distributors. ‱ English fluent, additional language an asset. ‱ Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
