📋 Description

• Configure, manage, monitor, and perform routine maintenance of Juniper MX/PTX and other series routers • Ensure 24/7 stable operation of network devices • Deploy and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and L3VPN routing protocols • Resolve route flapping, link congestion, packet loss, and other network anomalies • Assist with network inventory tracking and management • Perform network capacity expansion, device upgrades, service cutovers, and architecture optimization • Develop implementation plans and complete on-site deployment and verification • Respond to network failures, perform fault isolation, emergency repairs, and root cause analysis • Produce standardized fault-handling reports and prevent recurrence • Test Juniper Networks product features and functionality • Provide progress and issue updates • Conduct informal technical and product workshops • Troubleshoot networks and support operations • Develop network and equipment operating procedures • Evaluate technical specifications for interoperability • Assist in defining network and service KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent • Typically 6–10 years of experience • Solid practical experience in Juniper router operation and maintenance • Proficiency in Junos OS operating commands and configuration logic • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack • Proficiency in BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, LACP, and other core routing and switching protocols • Familiarity with enterprise-level network architecture • Ability to independently troubleshoot faults, perform link cutovers, and upgrade devices • Familiarity with common network monitoring tools • Strong network troubleshooting and emergency fault-handling skills • Strong on-site problem-solving ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Mastery of English and local language • Ability to communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels • JNCIE-SP, JNCIE-ENT, JNCIP-SP, or JNCIP-ENT preferred
