• Promptly contact exclusively warm leads • Advise prospective customers in online meetings on suitable green roof options • Prepare tailored quotations • Proactively follow up and address objections effectively to guide prospects through to purchase • Manage the sales pipeline independently • Maintain CRM records accurately, including status, notes, and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for heygrün’s mission and values • Positive, sales-oriented mindset • Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed approach • Confident communication, strong rhetoric, and ability to handle objections effectively • Quick learner with the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics • Availability for at least 12 months • Willingness to work 20 hours per week • No prior knowledge of green roofing required; comprehensive training provided • CV required; cover letter not required
