• You develop data-driven strategies to grow our influencer channel — focusing on growth, conversions and measurable results (not just likes) • You identify, pitch and develop relevant creator partnerships — with a performance focus, long-term potential and a strong understanding of target audiences (including beyond the typical “pet bubble”) • You manage collaborations across the funnel: from seeding and performance deals to targeted retargeting in coordination with our paid team • You analyze creator performance using tools like Storyclash, design and run A/B tests, optimize campaigns and keep KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and CTR under control • You generate your own hypotheses, spot patterns, dive into the details — and aim to build your own team over time • You work closely with colleagues from Brand, Performance and Operations, aligning data-driven and people-centered perspectives
• 3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing — primarily with a focus on data-driven management and acquisition • You bring structure, ownership and a sales-driven mindset — and are eager to take responsibility and drive initiatives forward, not just maintain them • You have experience at a scaling D2C brand or in a performance-oriented influencer environment (especially Instagram; additional channels such as YouTube, TikTok and podcasts are a plus) • You know your KPIs: ROAS, CPM, CAC and CTR are not buzzwords to you but core tools for steering performance • You are a strong communicator, confident in negotiations and empathetic — able not only to initiate creator partnerships but also to maintain and develop them • You think strategically, recognize patterns and develop your own hypotheses — while also enjoying hands-on execution and getting things done
