• Collaborate with the B2B Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Commercial teams to work inbound leads • Maintain regular metric reporting to ensure conversion rates are hitting and leads are being worked in a timely manner • Share feedback and review data regularly as to what is or isn’t working • Work closely with Marketing on messaging strategies to optimize outreach efforts • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients, handing over only qualified prospects to RSDs • Utilize various sales tools and platforms to create and maintain prospect records, while assisting RSDs with top tier opportunities • Aim to secure 7-10 meetings per week
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Intermediate or higher expertise with the following tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
