📋 Description

• Take part in various partner projects, building end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend • Lead and contribute to development efforts across the full stack, supporting technical decision-making • Design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and best practices • Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable technical solutions • Collaborate closely with designers, customers, and fellow engineers to ensure alignment • Plan, estimate, and implement development tasks based on designs and functional requirements • Ensure timely delivery of features that meet both technical and user expectations • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack • Identify, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high quality and performance • Support team collaboration through clear task ownership and structured workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React • Strong Python development experience for building and maintaining backend services • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services • Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g. SQLAlchemy or equivalents) • Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) • Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments • Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
