📋 Description

• Follow design direction to ensure projects are branded, engaging, scalable, and efficient • Assist in creative brainstorming and ensure designs align with overall communication strategies • Quickly solve problems, issues, or delays regarding print or digital design and production deliverables • Work with departmental teams to create or update collateral that supports pre- and post-sales deliverables • Help create custom designs for a revenue-generating communications program that fulfills client needs • Participate in internal and external meetings to showcase capabilities and provide tailored guidance • Identify new areas for learning to improve team skills and performance • Be aware of changes in employee benefits regulations, industry trends, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production • Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field • Employee benefits knowledge is desired • Experience in digital, print, and/or broadcast communications required • Proficiency with Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office products is required • Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy • Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets • Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize projects and work under high pressure
