📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Platform roles. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes. • Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps for priority searches. • Screen candidates for technical relevance, seniority, motivation, and business impact. • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer and closing. • Advise hiring teams on talent availability, compensation, and market conditions. • Keep pipeline data, documentation, and role context accurate and up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience. • Experience hiring Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, or related technical talent. • Understanding of modern data teams, infrastructure, pipelines, analytics, and production data systems. • Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and closing skills. • Ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers. • Excellent written and verbal Russian. • Excellent written and verbal English. • Nice to have: Experience hiring for AI, ML, consumer technology, or high-growth startups. • Familiarity with data warehouses, distributed systems, experimentation, recommendation systems, or analytics platforms. • Experience recruiting senior individual contributors and technical leaders. • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or technical communities for sourcing.
