📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, and related GTM and Product roles. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes. • Recruit for roles such as Growth Product Managers, Lifecycle and Retention leaders, Monetization specialists, and growth-focused commercial talent. • Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps for priority searches. • Screen candidates for relevant experience, seniority, motivation, and business impact. • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process. • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation, and market conditions. • Maintain accurate pipeline data, role context, and recruiting documentation. • Build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates. • Collaborate with external sourcers and recruiting agencies when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in technology, product, growth, or go-to-market hiring. • Experience hiring Growth, Product, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, or related commercial talent. • Understanding of growth funnels, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue. • Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and closing skills. • Ability to partner effectively with Product, Growth, Marketing, and business leaders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to candidate experience. • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or specialized growth and product communities for sourcing. • Excellent written and verbal English. • Excellent written and verbal Russian.
