• Own and drive the product roadmap for integrations between Higharc and key systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and partner data platforms—from vision to launch. • Partner with builders, integration partners, and internal teams to understand data flows, dependencies, and business objectives. • Lead product discovery to identify the highest-value integration opportunities that accelerate customer ROI and adoption. • Translate business and technical needs into integration requirements, API designs, and workflow specifications. • Partner with internal stakeholders to create SOPs and reusable templates that streamline integrations and drive standardization across customers. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that enhance user workflows. • Define integration success metrics focused on reliability, performance, adoption, and business impact. • Build a deep understanding of partner and customer systems to inform strategic ecosystem alignment and future product opportunities.
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software • Proven experience owning API, data, or system integration products end-to-end • Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP and CRM systems • Ability to partner deeply with engineers, architects, and technical customers to design scalable integration solutions • Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
