📋 Description

• This position will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management application and any related solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment. • Work with North America leads to support client Discovery sessions • developing and documenting requirements, • conducting hands-on configuration • working with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions, • Handling client communication, leading knowledge transfer and validation sessions, • leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), • resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and supporting deployment and limited production issue resolution for 30 days after deployment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 to 8 years of Oracle experience and Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM • Implementations for 3+ Oracle Cloud HCM projects including hands-on configuration. • Strong business communication and client facing skills. • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, client user training and communication. • Ability to work with Highstreet onshore and offshore functional and technical staff • Oracle Certified in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management module. • The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant should have experience in the following cloud modules: Time and Labor and Absence Management • HCM Cloud modules (Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, HR Help Desk) is a plus • Good To Have: Ability to work with other HCM Cloud modules along with Time and Labor and Absence (Payroll, Core HR) • Software / Modules / Versions: Oracle Cloud release 21+
