📋 Description

• As Manager BI Development you are responsible for building modern, scalable data and reporting solutions based on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. • You help the organization work in a data-driven way: from data integration and modeling to the development of meaningful dashboards that improve decisions and make processes more measurable. • Design and further develop Power BI solutions: data modeling, DAX development, visualization, UX optimization and performance tuning. • Create, maintain and deploy semantic models (Fabric & Power BI) including role and security concepts (row-level security). • Develop Fabric artifacts such as Lakehouses, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2 and data engineering workloads. • Responsible for data integration and transformation logic (Power Query / M, Dataflows, Pipelines). • Implement end-to-end data processes – from connecting source systems to the finished dashboard. • Work closely with business units to define KPIs, data models and reporting standards. • Build and advance data-driven governance (naming conventions, data catalog, workspace structure, permissions). • Produce documentation and guidelines and deliver training for Power BI users.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or a comparable qualification – alternatively, relevant professional experience in the BI field. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI: data modeling (star schema, best practices), DAX & M / Power Query, visualization and UX, performance optimization. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or strong interest in gaining expertise in Fabric Lakehouses, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2 and semantic models. • Solid SQL skills and understanding of data architecture and ETL/ELT processes. • Experience working with Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). • Analytical thinking, structured working style and the ability to present complex topics clearly. • Professional experience in asset or fund management analysis would be desirable. • Strong communication skills, team orientation and enthusiasm for modern BI and data technologies.
