📋 Description

• Key Account Manager / Portfolio Manager for various real estate AIFs • Primary point of contact for external asset managers and fund initiators • Lead process manager for the fund lifecycle from initiation through management to fund exit • Data management and transaction management • Coordination of acquisitions and disposals • Preparation of presentations and sales materials (RFPs) • Participation in client meetings and events

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, real estate management, law, or a related field • Several years of professional experience in fund management or asset management • Good knowledge of German investment law and basic knowledge of real estate markets • Experience with funds desirable • Excellent English skills and strong MS Office proficiency • Strong analytical and process-oriented skills • Strong communication skills and customer orientation, team player, independent working style
