📋 Description

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems • Assess and optimize maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintain property documentation and manage subcontractors • Point of contact for our clients • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards, and occupational health and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Effective daily organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Appreciative and development-focused people leadership • Confident use of MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Driving licence Class B • Professional qualifications: technical vocational training (e.g., as a plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) or as an electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Industrial/Operational, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering • Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
