📋 Description

• Main contact for portfolio management • Management of commercial properties • Coordination of service providers – in particular commercial and technical property management • Management of leasing processes – active participation in lease negotiations • Active account management of major tenants • Development and implementation of sustainable asset strategies • Acting as client representative for fit-out and modernization projects • Continuous identification of cost drivers and yield-reducing factors, and development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions • Ongoing property valuation (DCF), return and profitability calculations, reconciliation of forecast and budget planning • Preparation of budgets and business plans, reporting and controlling for the assigned portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration and/or commercial training with additional real estate qualification (e.g., Immobilienfachwirt/Real Estate Economist) • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit • Confident appearance and negotiation skills • Sound specialist knowledge • Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel) • Knowledge of SAP RE-FX and bison.box advantageous • Good English skills
