• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals • Create and manage email calendars, workflows, and automation sequences • Design and write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions • Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness • Ensure email deliverability and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging • Maintain and update email databases and CRM systems
• Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics • Experience with marketing automation and audience segmentation • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Experience working with US-based clients or teams (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations (preferred) • Background in digital marketing or performance marketing (preferred)
