📋 Description

‱ Mine and analyse large-scale real-world data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships related to clinical outcomes, product performance, accuracy, and usage ‱ Design, perform, and interpret statistical analyses of clinical study data in collaboration with the clinical team ‱ Produce scientific insights, publication-ready figures, and statistical summaries for conferences, posters, and peer-reviewed publications ‱ Apply statistical methods to user and product data concerning engagement, retention, conversion, feature usage, and segmentation ‱ Design, run, and interpret experiments and statistical tests evaluating product or feature changes ‱ Develop reproducible, traceable, and well-documented analytical workflows aligned with ISO 13485, MDR, and GCP standards ‱ Contribute to the shared Python/SQL/Spark codebase using Git, CI/CD, and code review practices ‱ Select and apply statistical and modelling techniques while assessing assumptions, limitations, and result reliability ‱ Collaborate with clinical, scientific, product, and engineering teams ‱ Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences ‱ Support Product and Leadership decision-making through reliable, reproducible analyses

🎯 Requirements

‱ MSc (or equivalent demonstrated ability) in Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or another quantitative field ‱ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field; strong candidates with less experience are welcome ‱ Strong proficiency in Python and SQL ‱ Experience with Spark is a strong advantage ‱ Strong statistical foundations in hypothesis testing, regression, survival analysis, experimental design, and statistical modelling ‱ Ability to select appropriate statistical methods, assess assumptions and limitations, and interpret results clearly ‱ Understanding of clinical study design and biostatistics ‱ Ability to translate ambiguous clinical, scientific, product, or business questions into well-defined analytical problems ‱ Experience turning large, messy, real-world datasets into clear, publication-ready analyses and scientific figures ‱ Fluent in English ‱ Based in Western Europe, such as Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, France, or Germany ‱ Advanced statistical or predictive modelling experience is a nice-to-have ‱ Databricks and/or BI/dashboarding tools experience is a nice-to-have ‱ Experience handling sensitive/clinical data and awareness of GDPR and HIPAA are nice-to-haves ‱ PhD is a nice-to-have
