📋 Description

• Support the social media team in preparing and publishing video content, such as interviews and news segments • Create subtitles, text overlays, and graphic elements • Review, select, and organize raw footage • Support the optimization of videos for clarity, watch time, and platform requirements • Contribute your own ideas to the development of existing formats

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program • Excellent sense of what makes content go viral • Excellent understanding of social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional video editing tools • Strong interest in rap and hip-hop culture • Excellent understanding of the German rap and hip-hop landscape • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and platform mechanics • Independent working style and a high level of reliability • Creativity and enthusiasm for making content better and more effective • Portfolio demonstrating practical video editing experience • A focus on media, communications, journalism, or video production is helpful but not required • Interest in editorial work and content strategy
