• Support the social media team in preparing and publishing video content, such as interviews and news segments • Create subtitles, text overlays, and graphic elements • Review, select, and structure raw footage • Optimize videos for clarity, watch time, and platform requirements • Contribute original ideas to further develop existing formats
• Currently enrolled in a degree program • Excellent sense of what makes content go viral • Excellent understanding of social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Proficient in a video editing program, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional video editing software • Strong interest in rap and hip-hop culture • Excellent understanding of the German rap and hip-hop scene • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and platform mechanics • Independent working style and high level of reliability • Creativity and enthusiasm for making content better and more engaging • Portfolio demonstrating practical video editing experience • A focus on media, communications, journalism, or video production is helpful but not required • Interest in editorial work and content strategy
