• You will analyze customer requirements together with experienced colleagues and support them throughout their digital transformation process — working together as a team, with guidance and supervision. • You will learn how to configure Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and tailor them to the specific needs of our clients. • You will assist with the installation and integration of tools and, together with experienced colleagues, incorporate them into the existing IT landscape. • You will also contribute to evaluating extension options and developing customized solutions. • You will help prepare and deliver workshops and training sessions to effectively support customers in using the implemented tools. • You will assist in automating and optimizing processes to increase business efficiency. • You will provide support in first- and second-level support. • To ensure the best possible solution, you will always work closely with internal teams and customers.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification — or initial professional experience in the described field • Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration — including with international clients • Understanding of technical concepts and solution-oriented thinking • Team player with a sense of personal responsibility • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level) • Nice to have: initial experience using and administering Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) or similar solutions • Basic knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban • Knowledge of ITIL best practices • Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar, which you are eager to deepen
