📋 Description

‱ Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients ‱ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base ‱ Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business ‱ Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle ‱ Maintain accurate pipeline and activity logs in the CRM ‱ Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven outbound track record ‱ Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts ‱ High emotional intelligence ‱ Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication ‱ Comfortable working in a startup environment ‱ Strong CRM proficiency
