📋 Description

• Architect and ship an end-to-end data ingestion and intelligence layer for enterprise media customers • Build dual-mode ingestion for creative components and ad performance data • Generate and store multimodal embeddings in vector and structured formats • Build AI agent tooling for natural-language search, comparison, and reasoning • Develop the React creative intelligence library and query interface • Design durable, idempotent ingestion pipelines with queues, retries, backpressure, deduplication, and schema evolution • Build low-latency retrieval pipelines for AI agent tools • Ship agent-style systems with tool use, state management, and multi-step reasoning • Own system design, deployment, monitoring, iteration, and reliability • Contribute to technology-stack decisions based on production experience • Collaborate with product and enterprise partners to translate requirements into scalable systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong TypeScript proficiency • Production experience with serverless or edge runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, Lambda, or Deno Deploy • Demonstrated experience building durable, idempotent ingestion pipelines with queuing, retry logic, backpressure handling, deduplication, and schema evolution • Production-level understanding of embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval quality tuning • At least one agent-style system shipped to production with tool use and stateful, multi-step workflows • React fluency with modern patterns and component architecture • Ability to operate across two cloud environments and determine when to use edge compute versus managed data/AI services • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Linear, or similar • Experience with US- or UK-based companies is ideally preferred • Preferred: production RAG experience; current embedding model familiarity; ETL, pipeline observability, or retrieval evaluation experience; adtech, performance marketing, or marketing analytics background; hands-on vector database experience • Completion of the full application form and required video recording • Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Fluent English proficiency
